The Burlington Dental Academy (BDA) is a component society of the Ontario Dental Association comprised of dentists that live and/or practice in Burlington, Ontario.? Our mandate is to improve the oral health of local residents by providing dentists with the resources necessary to do so.
The Academy meets several times per year for educational evening meetings and one full day continuing education program.? There are many social activities including Pub Night, Golf Day, Ski Day and an evening semi-formal party.
The Burlington Dental Academy provides support for dentists by providing continuing education opportunities close to home. Meetings are an opportunity for dentists to learn together and from each other. Burlington is a wonderful city to live in attracting many new graduates and internationally trained dentists. The diversity of our membership broadens our learning opportunities with respect to improving clinical skills and practice management knowledge.
The Burlington Dental Academy members meet on a monthly basis to learn, socialize and enjoy an evening away from the office. Membership to the BDA includes attendance at these dinner meetings, as well as the opportunity to meet fellow colleagues in the community.

Burlington Dental Academy dentists work together to ensure that emergency dental care is available for our patients after hours and on weekends and holidays.
If you are experiencing a dental emergency you may leave a message for the dentist on-call at 905-464-1876. The dentist will return your phone call and discuss your condition over the phone. If emergency dental treatment is required, the dentist will provide you with information about his/her clinic and fees for treatment.
Dentists in Burlington are committed to removing financial barriers to dental treatment. The government of Ontario provides some financial support for dental treatment for children and seniors in financial need, as well as some adults on government assistance programs.
