Evelyn is owner of Canadian Dental Coach which offers practice management to practices from NL to BC. She’s a lecturer, trainer, and coach. She has been a Practice Manager for both General Dentists and Specialists for 28+ years. Evelyn trained with Sally McKenzie of McKenzie Dental Management out of La Jolla, California and worked for Sally in Canada and USA as a Consultant, Coach and Trainer for 6 years while Practice Managing. Prior to dentistry, she was an Employment Counsellor and Financial Officer for the government of Manitoba, working both in the city and rural communities. She established her own consulting company “byDesign Practice Management, which she sold 7 years ago.
Her focus now is on coaching and she works closely with Dentists and their Managers. She is invested in helping you with your practice and brings to the table a wealth of experience and knowledge on how to create dynamic teams, increase your net income by improving production and ensuring your budgets are in alignment with your services.
